At Freshtrchargeal, we are committed to your satisfaction with our communication skills development programs. This Return Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for our various services.
Cancellation Policy
Single Sessions
For individual workshop sessions or one-on-one coaching:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session: Full refund or free rescheduling
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or rescheduling with a small fee
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund, but may reschedule for a fee
Multi-Week Programs
For workshop series and extended programs:
- Cancellations before the first session: Full refund minus administrative fee
- Cancellations after the first session but before the second: 75% refund
- Cancellations after two or more sessions: Prorated refund for remaining sessions only
Online Classes
Online class cancellations follow the same policy as in-person sessions. Technical difficulties on our end that prevent class delivery will result in a full refund or complimentary rescheduling.
Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. Freshtrchargeal offers flexible rescheduling options:
- First rescheduling request: Free if made 48 hours in advance
- Subsequent rescheduling: Small administrative fee may apply
- Rescheduling must be completed within 90 days of original booking
- Subject to availability of alternative time slots
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or contact form
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
- Refunds issued to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed sessions or programs
- Digital materials and resources already accessed
- No-shows without prior cancellation notice
- Membership fees after the first 14 days
- Special promotional or discounted programs (unless otherwise stated)
Program Cancellation By Us
If freshtrchargeal needs to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances:
- You will receive full refund of all fees paid
- We will provide at least 48 hours notice when possible
- Alternative program options will be offered when available
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our communication skills programs. If you are not satisfied after your first session of a multi-week program, contact us within 48 hours to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include switching to a different program or issuing a refund.
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly. We will review your situation and work to find a fair solution.
