Freshtrchargeal provides communication skills development programs, including workshops, online classes, coaching sessions, and related educational services. All services are designed to help participants improve their interpersonal and professional communication abilities.

Enrollment And Participation

To participate in our programs, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Participate respectfully and constructively in all sessions

Payment Terms

Fees for programs and classes are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes.

Cancellation And Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by program type. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information. Generally, cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund.

Code Of Conduct

All participants must:

  • Treat fellow members and facilitators with respect
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared by others
  • Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions
  • Refrain from disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior
  • Use program materials solely for personal development purposes

Violation of these standards may result in removal from programs without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by freshtrchargeal, including course materials, exercises, and recordings, are protected by copyright and remain the property of Freshtrchargeal. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit these materials without written permission.

Recording And Privacy

Sessions may be recorded for educational purposes with participant consent. By participating in recorded sessions, you grant permission for your image and voice to be captured. Recordings are used solely for program improvement and participant review.

Limitation Of Liability

Freshtrchargeal provides educational services to support communication skill development. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific program in question.

Technical Requirements

For online classes, participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate technology, including a reliable internet connection, functioning camera and microphone, and compatible devices. Technical difficulties on the participant's end do not constitute grounds for refunds.

Modifications To Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect enrolled participants.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Sydney, Australia.
